I LOVED TRNG TODAY.
we finished at 1630!!
YAYY.
veryvery slack la.because huiping DIDNT WATCH US.HEH.
oh wells.i still feel fat.because it was rly slack.
BUT i got to do long jump takeoff :D

then the hci chinachina coach said we have to get off the field because later the throwers throw until so lihai they will pierce us.HAHA he didnt rly say that.but SMTH along those lines la.
then mr 2nd coach came up to tell us not to walk across the field because their lihai throwers will pierce us.
THEY PIERCED A POOR LITTLE BIRD OKAY.there was this dead bird on the field.i bet they murdered it la (x
then do 1 set of strengthening lalala.

after that we went to coro.
didnt eat as much because i didnt train very hard today.
haha then bought stuffs at delifrance.
talked to sam.haha i cant survive track without that girl la!!muacks.
