HAHA I JUST CAME BACK FROM TRNG && I THINK TRNG TOTALLY ROCKED OKAY :D
it was at spe and me,sammie,melwee,penny,kelly and huifun (along with sarah & two other juniors) went EARLY.YAYY.

hahaha.so we played 15-20mins of captains ball (x which was as usual,veryyy retarded xD
after that we stretched and stretched.
hurdle drill.

then we did the fun cones highknees thing which ended up in all of us having a sore calf.
lalala.
highknees and buttkicks on the field.

threeee uphill stridings when the stupid construction site next to spe was having FOGGING.pfft.
haha but sammie and i slacked a lot.A LOT.as usual.HEH ><

went back in and we took the distance and time we did for 10 boundings.my best was 21.60/3.91sec (: haha i hope i can improve on that.

after that we did hurdles.haha my trail leg was feeling numb and lazy so i knocked down oneeeee (; not bad la.haha.

then we did this RLY FUN THING called in-out?or smth like that.its like you run from one cone to the next pushing,then you relax from the next cone to the next,push,relax,push,relax.lol IT SOUNDS WRONG.haha.

very slackkk la.then we did conditioning.lol i couldnt do weights because of the multiple 7 injections i had at the nsc today morning on my keloid.sheesh.did the rest though.
haha IM STEROID GIRL!lol i have been dubbed that by penny and kelly.supposed to be able to run faster =P i think i did and i didnt feel that tired too!YAYY.

oh yes.which reminds me.i went to seminaryy this morning and i on the way home (i took 171 with aaaaall the church ppl) I SAW MACKINTOSH.I THINK MACKINTOSH ROCKS.HE WAVED AT MEEEEEEE!!OMG HE IS THE NICEST SCOTTISH HISTORY TEACHER EVER...like there are so many scottish history teachers in my life >< didnt get to sit with laura lee today because trent and benjamin were blocking my wayy!!
oh haha and the most amusing thing is that i actl waved to laura lee and since mack was sitting BEHIND laura,he thought i was waving to him and he waved back.HAHAHA FUNNY RIGHT.
